This file would want to unzip to your User Data folder/ *player* folder... it will overwrite any existing bookmark folder you may have there...  this contains our IP addresses for up to 5 PRO servers.

Pretty usefull in checking to see what is going on in each PRO server that may be up, whether or not its matchmaker or IP.
