Starts
and Restarts.
1.1
- No jumping the starts at all. That means no accelerating
until the green drops. (no hanging back to get a jump on the
field). Leader is responsible to drive at consistent pace
speed, no slower then the pit road limit.
Go when the car goes in front of you, not necessarily when the
green flag drops.
1.2 - No
passing on the inside on starts/restarts until you pass
start/finish line **see common courtesy section**
1.3 - Burnouts and Tire scrubbing is not allowed.-5 points per incident.
1.4 - If there is a wreck within the first
2 laps of the
race the race may be
restarted.
1.5 - Restarts will be double file.
1.6 - Any lapped car may race with the leaders with caution
until there are 10 or fewer laps to go. if you cause a wreck
with the leaders a
-50
point
penalty may adhere.
1.7-
No brake checking, a
-25
point penalty.

Section 2 - Pits
2.1
- Warn your opponents when your pitting, when your in turn 2
or back stretch & warn everyone that your exiting the pits.
(1 for "Pitting this lap" and 2 for "Exiting Pits".)
2.2- When in pit lane coming to your pit box, you must stay
in pit lane, no driving through pit boxes to get to yours.
Use max 2 pit boxes to get to yours.-25
point penalty will adhere.
2.3- No stopping in someone else's pit.-25
point penalty will adhere.
2.4- After leaving your pit box you must enter pit lane with
caution, go to the right lane as soon as its clear to do so.

if you cause a wreck.

Section 3 - Wrecks and Cautions
3.1 - NO intentional wrecking. (-100
points if you do it). If done again you will be banned.
3.2 - If
you self spin to bring out a caution or crash to help a
teammate or yourself in any way, you will be penalized
-50
points.

Section 5 - Race Conduct
4.1 -
Drivers are to
***KEEP CHAT TO A
MINIMUM DURING RACE SESSIONS***
However, important
messages such as entering/exiting pits are a rule.
4.2 - Swearing or hassling other drivers during race will
not be tolerated and will result in an ejection without any
warning & lose of points of that nights race. the 2nd time
you will be banned.

***ABSOLUTELY*** NO CHATTING DURING QUALIFYING

Section 5 - Super Speedway Rules
5.1 - No
passing under the yellow line, it is there for a reason. The
apron or under the yellow line will not be used as another
racing line.

5.2- You
must exit pits on back stretch.-25
point penalty.

Section 7- Blocking
6.1- NO
BLOCKING until 2 or fewer laps to go.-25
points to who does it.
6.2- If you cause a wreck while attempting to block, a
penalty of

points will
adhere.

Section 8 - Other
7.1- Anyone entering the server
past
8:01pm est. will not be
allowed to race that event. The only exception is an
emergency or work related delay.
7.2-***IMPORTANT ***
The
penalties/points will be done 24hrs after the race, if there
is a complaint, you have that 24hrs to file a complaint.

**Racing
incidents will Happen, Your welcome to send in replays, but
if it is a racing inceident, no penalties will be assessed**
7.3-***IMPORTANT ***
If you see
someone blocking, not entering pit box safely, didn't exit
on back stretch,etc. e-mail pro 86low the clip & I'll look @
it. send e-mail within 24hrs. of race.
*** NO REPLAY...NO REVIEW***
7.4-***IMPORTANT***
When sending a replay to an admin please have a lap before &
after the incident in question.
7.5- All happy hours will be
5
minutes in length.
7.6- No race will be restarted because of connection
problems. If we all get booted (server) than it will either
be restarted, or rescheduled, All rescheduling will be posted on
PRO Tech
web site.
7.7- SERVER RESETS: there will be no resets for any reason
other than administrative purposes. Wheel problems, need to
reboot, calibration, settings, disqualification, "I didn't
get into the race", these are examples of things we will not
reset for.
7.8- A final server reset will happen 1 Hour before we
qualify.
This is a good time to reboot, get your setup. etc.

Section 9: Rules
8.1- The
rules are not negotiable.
ABSOLUTELY no arguing or questioning of the rules.
you knew the rules when you joined.

Section 9:
Provisionals
9.1-
If you miss a race...you will be given a Provisional = to
Last place points -5 Places.
If you
have a bad connection or are warping, you will be asked to retire in
fairness to other drivers.
Racing
while damaged? Please stay out of preferred line for leaders. Move way high
or way low.
On all starts while
damaged, missed gear, not paying attention, etc...if
your inside please move
to the white/yellow
line....if your outside
please move to outside wall.
Drive
your car like you own it.
If
someone is faster than you and coming up on you fast, please move for that
racer. If you don't you could get spun.
When
pitting, please leave room when slowing for pit lane.
When
racing with a bunch of cars, please hold your line.
If
wrecked & cant move, please retire from the race ASAP!!!
Be on
time...(qualify @ 8:00pm SHARP est.)
Remember: No Flaming
We want everyone to understand that if any driver
consistently and/or continuously causes problems on or off
the track, we reserve the right to deduct points for that
driver, enforce a suspension, or ban them from the league.
We can all prevent this from happening by practicing the
guidelines listed on this page.
Please remember, this is a game. We're all here to have fun,
so let's keep that our top priority!!!
